Euro Profile Mortice Locks are used for internal and external doors. The Euro Profile Mortice Locks allow for a Euro Profile Cylinder to be fitted which will operate the lock by turning the key. Our Zoo British Standard Euro Cylinder Mortice Locks are available in a dead lock or sash lock variant and have been tested to both Fire Safety and British Standards. Euro cylinders are now becoming a more popular product and can be keyed alike meaning 1 key will fit multiple locks. In homes, it is now possible to have internal and external doors using the same key. Internal doors that require locking would be fitted with Euro Profile Cylinder Mortice Lock which could then be keyed alike to the external door.
