We are committed to ensuring that we can deliver as
normal a service as possible during the COVID-19 outbreak. We are
monitoring all government advice to ensure we keep our staff and
customers safe during this period.
We are also conscious that many of our loyal customers work in small
businesses or are self-employed and the importance of being able to
continue working is essential.
Below are the steps we’ve taken to ensure our products and services
remain available:
- Our
website is fully operational and will be continually updated with
news & further updates and our marketing team will
continue to provide customer support via www.security-hardware.co.uk
- Our
warehouse team are continuing to pick, pack and despatch orders for next
day delivery.
- UK Mail,
DHL & Royal Mail will continue to deliver to you. Drivers
are instructed to reduce direct contact as much as possible.
- Our
national sales team continue to be operational via their
mobile phones, video messaging and email. However, for now, they
will no longer be conducting face-to-face visits.
Please be reassured that the entire Security Hardware
team is working to ensure that we maintain normal services for as long as
possible.
